Nate Diaz is a tough guy fighting in a tough sport. But on Thursday, the UFC fighter was suspended for using a not so tough offensive slur. According to Fox Sports, Diaz was suspended after using a homophobic slur on Twitter.
Diaz used the homophobic slur while defending fellow fighter Pat Healy who was stripped of a victory and $130,000 bonus money for testing positive for marijuana. Although it wasn’t directed at anyone in particular, the reference of the word was used to describe the person who stripped Healy of his money.
The lightweight tweeted: “I feel bad for pat Healy that they took a innocent mans money and I think the guy who took the money is the biggest F** in the world…” READ More at Examiner.com
